Written and recorded over two-plus years in Philadelphia, North Carolina, New York and New Jersey, following almost two years of nonstop touring in support of 2011's SLAVE AMBIENT, LOST IN THE DREAM is the outstanding presentation of Granduciel's progression and growth as a songwriter, performer, and producer. It is an immense listen to be absorbed and discovered now and for decades to come.

    Man what a great album.

    The War On Drugs won a Grammy (who cares about The Grammys anyway?) for their newest one “A Deeper Understanding” (best rock album I believe?) which is a great piece of work itself. “Lost In The Dream” stands out a little more to me. Plays through all 4 sides beautifully. A real masterpiece that I’m sure would be difficult to follow up. Anyway this is in my top 100 all time faves. A very special record. -c.
