Does what it says, and very well.
I have needed a replacement for my older Sony AM/FM Clock dock since the 30 pin connector was phased out on iPhones. Since the last iOS update, using an adapter no longer worked. I wanted a charging dock, clock with alarm (which could be my iPhone) and an amplified speaker. This does all this as well as takes its time from my iPhone. It seems solidly built, comes with a battery backup as well as an app to adjust its sound settings. It is not a hi-fi speaker, but that’s not what I was looking for.
