    The Colony in space.

    Colonists on a planet are terrorized by a group of mining people from earth who want the minerals from the planet and want to turn the planet in to a slag heap and to try and resolve their problems they call to earth for a adjudicator who really is the Master who wants to find a doomsday device created by the inhabitants of the planet to use for his own evil ends . The Doctor intervenes in the whole affair between the colonist and the mining people and after a lot of interesting things that happen saves the day a great adventure.
