    Avoid. Disappointing, an old chair, the internal mechanism was rusted, see picture. Chair leg broke out of box during transport, so the foot was badly scratched. Returned. Asked seller multiple times to arrange collection from delivery address. Seller refused. Had to rebox, arrange and pay for transport to Royal Mail Parcelforce depot. Lost approx £100 so far. ebay case management hard to contact and slow to reply when help with seller was needed.

    Mostly I sell used chairs as stated in my listings. The mechanism on this chair was not rusted it was a small torsion screw as pictured by the buyer. This is common on this type of chair. Delivery damage was outside my control, although as per other feedback all my chairs are extremely well packaged. Collection label provided immediately for return, buyer refused to co-operate and take it to the local post office for return. Ebay was contacted and advised that I had acted correctly at all times.
