Not the seller's fault, but product itself isn't great. Machine really struggles to smoothly sort the coins. You have to constantly monitor and shake it so that coins fall down into the tubes. Because I have a lot of coins, this purchase may end up saving me time as it's probably faster than sorting by hand and probably is a better value option compared to those $100+ machines.
