I have shipped and owned a few Hallmark ornaments in my life, never really had damage to the ornament within without the ornament box being severely damaged. Not exactly positive since I didn't get my item, not negative as I did get a refund. Giving positive as the seller was understanding, communicated amazingly, and return was easily.
