        We ordered a red Xbox remote control on June 14th. The money was immediately take out of our account despite the item not being shipped. The item was promised to be in hand by June 26th. I reached out to the vendor and asked for an update with no response. I reached out to EBay for a refund but had to wait to see if the seller would respond to them. The vendor finally responded and shipped the item. The bashed package arrived today, 3 weeks after we first purchased and it is the incorrect item.
