    Big workhorse in small package

    This is a compact yet accurate scanner. It could even be thrown into a suitcase, yet it uses the same scanning technology as its larger siblings. It's a great sheet scanner. Because of its size, it has no output tray and its input is limited to about 20 sheets. But it scans quickly and its easy enough to put in the next batch. It takes up little room on the desk and just works. At this price, it’s a real value compared to other scanners

    Great scanning quality

    This has really great scanning quality, especially for the short time it takes to run the paper through. Love that it determines whether there is color on the page and that you can make the PDFs searchable! One of the first items I scanned was 30+ pages long. I put in 10 pages, waited til it had one or two pages left to scan, then added more pages. It worked great and scanned them all into one document without a problem. I debated whether to get the smaller version of this, which I would be able to fit in a bag on a plane, and then later get the desktop version, which would handle much bigger jobs without as much supervision, but chose to go with this middle-of-the-road scanner first and then decide which of the other needs would be my greater need! However, I purchased a semi-hard case ...

    Great scanner for going paperless

    Got this scanner to digitize 10 years worth of documents and I have to say I'm really impressed with it. The scanner was relatively easy to set up: just downloaded the software from Fujitsu for my Mac and plugged it in according to instructions. The UI of the software leaves a little to be desired but it's really quite powerful. The software comes with OCR capability so you can configure the scans to be made searchable. The process of setting that up however was not completely obvious and required a google search. The scanner is relatively fast and images both sides of the paper at the same time which saves a lot of time and it can process small stacks (probably 10 sheets) all in one go but you have to be careful of folds which can cause the documents to rotate during the scan and pages ...

    A nice scanner for the office

    I have one of these scanners at my office. It has always been a worker. I've always found the scans to be sharp and crisp. I also like that I can place a double-sided document through the scanner and it scans both sides in the same pass. I saw the same model on ebay and noted the price was much lower than what my office paid. Yeah, it's used, but I plugged the scanner in and it began working right away, just like I was at my office. I think I scored big with this buy.

    Great scanner Great scanner

    Receipt scanner in a timely manner. Had to use online for set up, the supplied CD was bad. After it was set up, all work fine. Scanned some pictures, colors were great. Easy to use. Frontload and front discharge of paper. Can put scanner next to the back of the desk or alongside the wall. Was great for what I needed.
