I contacted Ted’s vintage Art, and they were able to straighten things out with UPS to get it delivered promptly. This is the kind of service that you just don’t see anymore! And I love the vintage map of Lake Hartwell! Awesome!

When the map first arrived, it had been printed in landscape mode instead of portrait. I reached out, and the seller responded immediately with professionalism and kindness. They quickly acknowledged the issue and sent a corrected replacement without hesitation. The new map arrived shortly after, and it is absolutely perfect—elegant, high-quality, and framed beautifully.

The postal carrier was able to leave it in the package section of our community mail box, so it did not have to be subject to the elements. The map came in a very sturdy cylinder tube and the map was packaged inside a long plastic bag. The plastic ends of the tube were very secure. The map was not damaged. The images and writing were clear and I was able to make out the property of my family who settled in Madison from colonial VA.Old Map of Madison County, KY 1876 - Vintage Kentucky Art (#156686943339)
