    Book was not in the good condition seller photos and description indicated. It also arrived damaged due to poor packaging and when the seller was informed and photos sent to the seller I was told by the seller to take up the issue with the postage service.

    Hi Anni, I am sorry that you are upset and disappointed with the purchase. With the book that was priced $5 the cost of postage was $6 and in order to meet the requirement to be able to posted as a book it can't be wrapped in bubblewrap. As the book was damaged by Australia Post you can take the book to them for a full refund. If you are not happy with that option you can submit a refund request though eBay for a full refund. My understanding was you were happy to get the refund through Aus Post
