JB pumps are the best.
Major hvac suppliers are making their pumps now in China. They are not the highest quality. JB pumps can be rebuilt anywhere in 25 minutes, made to be rebuilt and run continuously. If your in hvac buy once and pay once. Don't leave a Chinese pump unattended when working on a chiller. JB is old school quality with real customer service.

Great so far!
I'm using this pump for stabilizing wood in a vacuum chamber. I have run it for up to 16 hours continuously with good results on stabilizing and no apparent wear on the pump. I turn it on, it runs and does it's job, I turn it off. I chose this one because it is made in the U.S.A. and replacement parts are available if needed.

Quality vacuum pump
This pump was purchased to replace a cheap pump. That pump worked OK for short periods but after an extended use I found the garage filled with smoke. As soon as you pick the JB pump you know it is a quality product and worth the extra money.
