This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. There are light nicks, scratches, and spots of surface rust on this item. Body shows signs of moderate paint wear, chips, and scuff marks throughout the surface from previous use. Some railings are a little bent out of shape. Lettering is a bit discolored due to aging. When tested, item ran well in both directions and lighting worked. The wheels show signs of wear. The original box is not included. The instruction manual is not included.
