Yes, while on the expensive side, it certainly appears to work and seems to be sturdily made and reliably engineered.
I have only given this adapter a short test run at a nearby Tesla Super Charger. Using the Tesla app and the Lectron adapter, I was able to initiate a charge without difficulty. That said, because the 8 unit installation already had 6 Teslas charging, I had to occupy two slots in order to make the test charge. At least one Tesla owner, the one who tried to back into the slot I was obviating, appeared to be annoyed, but had the civility not to say anything (or make any unwanted gestures in my direction).

Well built coupler for tesla to CCS. Recommended, works well. Tesla supercharger stations are slowly converting over to magic plugin, meaning the adapter comes out adjoined to the regular tesla plug of the tesla station to fit your CCS vehicle without you doing anything extra. But until that is standard, it’s nice to have the adapter just in case you’re running low on juice and an older Tesla station is all that is available in the area.
