    New tire for an old bike

    I was looking for a vintage type tire for the front of my recently restored 1979 Kawasaki KLX 250 in the 3.00-21 size. The Kenda Klassic fills the bill perfectly in a tire built on a modern carcass and with current rubber compounds that looks just like the Bridgestone and Metzler MX tires from the late 70s-early 80s. This tire uses the classic alternating 4 blocks and 5 blocks design. This design works as well as many of the current designs in use today. The one exception is that this tire may be just a little noisier than most current models when it is ridden on the highway. By the way it's perfectly OK to use this one on the road as it is DOT rated. I currently have this tire paired up with a Sedona MX 907HP rear tire and this combo is working well but I'm tempted to replace the Sedona ...

    Old Skool tire for my 1974 KS125. Tire sizing runs small but perfect for my small bike. It has shallow tread (10MM) and will pack with mud but still a great tire for older bikes that you want to keep that retro look. The rubber compound is very soft and does well on hard terrain. Tire weight is heavier that modern tires but will likely last for ever. Good tire for it s intended purpose.

    KENDA 3.00-21 Motorcycle tire

    Great looking tire. Appears to be made well. Should do the job intended. Replacing a tire on an old vintage bike, that is about 51 year old. Tire has a good price, when ordered was shipped in a timely manner, and arrived before original ETA. Would buy again.

    Value-priced vintage meats

    These Kenda Klassics are very similar to the old Metzeler Unicross tires, they work great in a variety of soil conditions, wear well, are very affordable, and provide a good period-correct look for my vintage bikes.
