This is actually a crystal clear and loud bluetooth. It's great on a windy day and for back ground noise. However, it is so sensitive. It is so easy to accidentally touch the button and it goes off. If you are on a call don't dare adjust your glasses or scratch your ear or your party is hung up. Otherwise, it's a more than excellent device. Oh, the rubber fitting on the ear piece comes off easily. Then it's hard to put back on. I finally lost the one, it won't stay in my ear. I have to order more. And it was hard to set up. The directions I got with it were not correct. I had to take time to go on the internet and see how to set it up to my iPhone. Took a few tries. And it doesn't announce how much time you have left until 1/2 hr before it's going dead. I don't like that. Other bluetooth you can touch the button and it will tell you what you have left. The lights are color coded in the back to tell you if it's running out of battery, that means you must remove it from your ear to look. Sigh.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

good for the price but not what it described
The Bluetooth disconnects frequently, and has buttons that contradict intuition, causing accidental hang ups and muting. Oddly it also doesn't seem to have the voice controls it mentioned nor did it come with instructions... not a deal breaker but I thought that voice controls would have been a nice touch for a stay at home mom that often has her hands full. In summary its the worst Bluetooth I've seen, but it is still an adequate bluetooth and for the price id recommend it for any budget consumer otherwise go to a better brand and model.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Excellent basic bluetooth earpiece
This no-frills item is totally functional for its intended purpose. Operation is simple and straightforward, speech is clear on both the sending and receiving end. It's necessary to become familiar with the placement of the buttons, as one can inadvertently disconnect when operating the unit by feel. The call/disconnect button extends all the way to the top of the unit, and it's easy to accidentally disconnect when attempting to adjust the volume. I Really Like using the Jabra Talk Wireless HD Headset
It works really good. Its my 1st single ear bluetooth HD Headset and I have to say I can't leave the house without it. Much better than speaking directly on the phone and I talk in conversations softer than any other way using my phone with the Bluetooth HD Headset. You can't beat the price. My first one was dropped a million times, it fell in the toilet and it snapped apart when I dropped it in the store. I put it back together and it worked just fine. It is easy to pair. Good basic headset
This Jabra Talk bluetooth headset is a good basic headset with few advanced frills. The range is about 30-40 feet with no obstructions--walls, floors, windows, etc. The voice quality is good. Easy access to Apple's Siri command functions on the iPhone. One button call pickup and voice command calling via Siri. It easily meets my needs and at a reasonable price. This is my third Jabra Talk headset (I lost one, broke another). This one did not come in the retail packaging and lacked the gel earpiece accessories that come with the retail package. On-off switch in an odd place
The on-off switch is in an odd location. It's on the part facing the ear. That means that I can't turn it on or off while I have it attached to my ear. So I either have to have it on my ear before the conversation starts or tell the other person to stop talking while I power it up and put it on. I struggle to get the loop over my ear during the conversation without hanging up the call. That may be an issue with any earpiece with a loop. It's still frustrating. I previously owned a motorola blue tooth device which I misplaced and just couldn't bring myself to order another. I have a child with hearing impairment who has an impossible time hearing me on the phone even with assist devices however when I popped this on and called today I was able to have a conversation that was understood by us both. 1st time in a very long time and what a joy.
