A few days after the purchase, I got a tracking number, followed by a successful delivery notification (but not to my address). A few days later, I received the shipment. I assume the tracking number was an attempt to appease some eBay system, but it just added confusion on my end. I order inexpensive coin cells that are never tracked - no problem. Low value items don't need, and should not be given, a tracking number.
