    Accurate multimeter with great features

    Replacement for the HP34401A multimeter. Large color display provides trend and histogram charts. Low leakage currents in DCV mode improves accuracy with high impedance sources. Precise AC voltage measurements down to 1 mVAC. Accurate capacitance measurement from 000.0 pF up to 100 uF. Extended current range up to 10A and down to 100 uA (0.1 nA resolution) Stored readings accessible via USB or LAN bus, but GP-IB is an expensive option. The resistance ranges starts at 100 ohms. A 10 ohm range would be a plus. Math include zeroing, statistics, dB, dBm. Slope/offset correction not available.
