    Buy something else.

    This was sold with one outdoor sensor. The instructions that came with it clearly state that the display without three sensors will momentarily flash on, the rest of the time it's looking for the other two sensors it does not have. This unit seems to never have found the time signal and totally blacks out looking for it. Having to manually set all the features, it seems there is no way to correct the moon phase. Individual sensors that work with this unit do not seem to be available. In an effort to deal with this, I bought another Newentor station that comes with three sensors. The sensors are supposed to be the same frequency. Still the first station does not receive the additional sensors. The best thing I can say about it is the color display is attractive. This unit should not be sold ...

    Many features in this compact weather display - You Will Like This One!!

    Used this to replace a failed LaCrosse unit when the outdoor sender gave up the ghost. For the price of a discontinued outdoor sensor, I was able to install a new unit that also displays the time and date, which the other unit did not possess. I don't particularly like the outline smiley faces used to demonstrate the "indoor" atmospheric condition, but that is the easiest way, I guess, to show it. I would think a better icon could be provided, which would be similar to the moon phase icon - another feature that is above and beyond what the older, worn out unit did not display. Overall, this unit shows you all you need to know.

    Seems good so far.

    I've only had it for about a week or so but it seems to be working well, time will tell. This is replacing a La Cross weather station that I bought on Ebay last month and after about 2 weeks the outside sensor stopped working and a new replacement sensor would cost almost the same as I paid for the entire unit. Hopefully this Newentor weather station is better quality than the La Cross.
