New Jersey's Dillinger Escape Plan's first full-length album, Calculating Infinity, released in 1999, changed the face of hard music with its unclassifiable sound; five years later comes their equally incredible follow-up, Miss Machine. New vocalist Greg Puciato makes his appearance here with driving vocals that move surprisingly into harmony at times with the synthesized strings and piano, and the music moves unapologetically between math metal and a more industrial sound.
