      great for track action

      By all accounts they flow slightly more oil, but at slightly less filtration. Not sure if this is true,but for trackday use with clean oil seems like a good idea highly recommended . Maybe not the choice for long distance touring.

      K & N...well recommended

      These are good quality. They fit well, have the o ring seal already lubed and have the external hex head to secure. The only small criticism is that the painted exterior doesnt quite make it intact to the next service interval. lt could be made more durable.

      Easy use use (and remove) filters

      The nut on the top of these makes them so convenient to use and the price is very competitive. Have used them on a variety of track bikes and they are the go to fitment where access is tight (5eb r6 yams in particular)

      K&N is a solid name. Looks good even though it's a filter.

      Personally I think you can't beet K&N filters. You can put it on and take it off with a spanner. No fancy tools to buy. Brilliant
