It works well
This phone blocker seems to work well except that when someone calls and they press the zero button to make the call go through the first time, when ever you answer that call, the box continues to ring four times after you answer and start talking and you can hear it through the phone. Major Drawbacks
While this product does indeed stop incoming unwanted calls, it has a major drawback in that it does not support calls that are desired. Several of my legitimate callers pressed "0" as instructed, and the machine did not pass them on to the telephones. It emitted a warbling sound and the phones did not ring. By the time I could get to the unit from another room, the call was terminated. I had to "review" the list of incoming calls, recognize my desired caller, and then select "accept" in order for them to come through to the phone. There have been several of these instances, and usually if a caller is once treated this way, all subsequent calls are met with the same treatment. As I am not always home, many of these calls were not known to me until days later (for my landlord, it was a month later), when I would be fortunate enough to be seeing my caller in person and they would tell me they had called and did not reach my voice-mail recorder.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Decent unit for the price. If a caller is not on the white list your phone rings once and the caller is given the option to dial 0 and the Sentry unit will then ring five times. There are issues with Uniden and Panasonic cordless phones, but they can be worked around. The fastest way to review calls is to hit the home button then the middle down button. Best One Yet!!!
We LOVE this call blocker. We tried another brand but it was cheaply made, buttons on it wouldn't work. I told my hubby that it's Sentry brand and I assumed that meant the big company that is Sentry. Anyway, it is great!! It captures robo calls without you knowing it. The phone doesn't ring and supper or tv shows aren't interrupted. This is a telemarketers nightmare. Without a doubt the best call blocker I've ever used. I can't say enough about it. If you're in a hurry, get the Version2. If you can wait a while, wait for Version 3 (Has new features). Easy to connect and get up and running. Everything you need is on the manual that came with it. Making a whitelist takes a while with the up/down button because there's no numeric key pad....no problem if you wait for someone to call you then add it to whitelist with one keystroke. It filters caller to enter zero and robo callers cannot do that. Once zero is entered, caller will ring again and you can pick it up or can leave a message. So far so good i get one ring for unknown callers, compelete silence to known telemarketers. No More Aggravating RoboCalls!!
So far, this little machine is super. The only drawback is you need to O.K. or allow all the calls you WANT to come through to you or no calls will come through!! Unless your family and friends really listen to the recorded message and follow the instructions!! This device has curbed Robocalls down to mostly 0. Wonderful Idea
