    Exactly as described and delivered within the predicted timeframe (very fast). Very good price for this item, maybe because it simply came in a bag rather than a branded box. It still had all the usual ties to keep all the cogs in place. Initially I received a 105 cassette instead of Ultegra. I contacted Chicken who responded quickly, advising it was a packing error and I should go through the eBay return process. I did. The refund was processed quickly as was my second order for the same item.
