    Im going to give positive feedback to not harm their rating. I have bought a few parts from this seller with no problems. This one was a bit different, the part was advertised as "new". It should have been advertised as "new open box". Part is OEM BMW in packaging no doubt, but had been opened and retaped and box was beat up. Price was good though as usual with this seller. Also shipping was terribly slow, not sellers fault, USPS dropped the ball and sent it to the opposite side of the US.

    Great shipping,was packaged with bubble wrap surrounding it for protection. The heater hose for my Mercedes was a little smaller than original, so when I notified them , they issued a refund immediately and told me I didn’t have to ship the old part back to the seller and the price was very reasonable. I would certainly trust and order from them again. A great company!!!

    Work great one or two wires not to oem length

    The wires work great, look good quality, could use a little more length on a few of the wires had to change routing just a little from OEM wires routing to make connections.

    Do not buy these

    These wires are something they have purchased because they didn't pass QC. They sparked from the metal to bolts near the wire and caused me all kinds of issues. I had to purchase OEM German sparkplug wires to make it fire properly again. I don't recommend anyone buy these faulty wires. Avoid the headache and buy OEM.

    It's a good quality part for sure

    I like its color and it is a good quality part and it has great value for the money. Only a negative thing I found is that I couldn't use spark plug puller tool for this one but it wasn't big deal at all.

    Wires are labeled for easy installation and are made to OEM specs. These along with a new coil pack and plugs made a rough running car go just fine.
