I asked if it was possible to wrap the item a certain way due to it's fragile nature, he knew better! Item arrived damaged due to poor packing, this would've been prevented if done what was asked. He then proceeded to be aggressive, rude and childish. Needless to say I don't recommend this seller in any way, shape or form. He asked me to ship to the UK which I rarely do. I altered my auction to allow UK shipping. I shipped the item inside 2 boxes with packing peanuts. HE damaged the inside box then asked eBay for a refund. I was in contact with eBay for hours figuring out how to process an international return. He got a full refund. I have a damaged item.
