Also, international delivery (from the USA to the UK) was prompt, and the price was reasonable for an out-of-print book. Many thanks for that. While the exterior packaging was quite lean, internally, a piece of cardboard, plus a plastic sleeve was used to protect the book during its international transit. This meant the book arrived safe and in good condition. Many thanks for that.
