Very solid and well-made
I have only used it twice but the product is very well-made and it looks like it would last a long time. It seems very stable on the car and very safe. On the other hand, the instructions on mounting are really just pictures that are not very informative, requiring the user to pretty much figure it out himself. It would have been much easier with a little bit of explanation. For example, you have to slide the arms to the middle first to be able to rotate them to the right position. It's also easy to unscrew the screws farther than needed and have the nuts fall out of the bracket. The straps holding the bike to the bracket are very stiff plastic that are not easy to use until you get the knack of doing it. It seems easier to push them through rather than pull them through to either tighten them or loosen them. None of this is complicated but it would have been easier with better instructions.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
