NOT SURE WHY THEY SAY THEY ARE LOCATED IN AUSTRALIA, YET THEIR PROFILE SAYS OVERSEAS! Was sent a QR Code instead of Return Address Label.....then when I explained I can't scan QR Code then was Sent a bunch of numbers/letters instead of a simple Address Label....very confusing!

      Terrible, terrible, terrible!! 10 days and my parcel still hasn't been shipped. Product was supposed to arrive in 5 days Two requests to seller for shipping dates with no response. Tried to cancel order with Ebay yesterday and it was denied because seller refused. Item still showing as not shipped. I've bought a replacement elsewhere for my diabetes EpiPen while I'm away from home. My advice is to stay clear of this seller!

      Small item, ordered and paid for on 26th June. Received message item was sent with estimated delivery 2nd to 8th July, no tracking. Messaged seller on 11th July as item had not arrived here, messaged again on 15th July as item still not here. Have not had any feed back from seller and it is now Friday 18th July and nothing in the mail today. First time ever I have experienced such a negative seller, just needed a reply message with some sort of an answer. Cheers
