- a***a (20)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseI plugged the unit in but it would not power up. I asked seller if there was anything that I should be aware of. He said "It was completely tested and fully operational and sent to you. Maybe look up the owners manual to see what you need to do to operate that item. Thank you again". The problem was not about operating the unit. The problem is that it won't even turn on. So why would I need an owners manual, if it doesn't even turn on?

They seemed to me to be poorly packed (Waterford knife box not sealed, inside knives not individually wrapped, larger shipping box bigger and not well packed so Waterford knife box was loose and likely moved during shipment), but I can't tell if this caused breakage, they were broken to begin with or just shipping company issue. Not sure what the next steps are, but I would appreciate it if someone could contact me. Thanks
