I messaged for the third time and stated that if I didn't hear anything I would contact Ebay. Three or four more days passed and I contacted Ebay. Three days later seller messaged me and said they were on the way to the Post Office to mail the item. A couple of hours later I received another message saying it cost too much to ship and wouldn't send item
