This book is a great motivational and inspirational book that teaches you how to look deep inside yourself and see what is holding you back in your life from your past and how to look carefully at it and release it, encouraging you to learn and practise how to release negative feelings and thoughts from your life and replace them with learning how to be more positive. After all, the main theme is you get back what you give or release so if you are only thinking negative thoughts then you will only attract negative things back in return so by being more positive you will attract more positive things into your life.
