    The item was recalled by the sender after posting, so it arrived very late. There was no protective material whatsover, but the item did arrive in good condition. I hope they rectify this in the future, as it'll cut back on returns. Whilst this experience has not been great, the item is exactly as described and is still good value for money provided it arrives safely. Would definitely buy again if they use this feedback to better their process.
