He in Missouri, box came from supplier in New York. Of course, messaged me "a stand-up guy, did not charge me that amount", so who did? No resolution or customer service so asked Ebay to step in. Sent me a label by message. As of now, he has received ALL back (seller) & told refund would happen by today. Hasn't.
