    Excellent cookbook for Cantonese Cooking

    An excellent source of recipes for Cantonese (Taishanese) recipes. Easy to follow and interesting background history of the authors family. Beautifully illustrated and helpful glossary too.

    This is everyday Chinese food…good!

    Growing up as second generation it’s nice to see a cookbook about everyday food that is not fancy but very familiar. Every family cooks slightly differently, but basics are here and illustrations are nicely done.
