    Item was packaged fine for shipment. Unfortunately the White unit (2 pack) was defective with power button & charging intermittent. I didn’t discover that until past the Return Window as the Black one was fine. Seller was gracious enough to refund me anyway for 1/2 the cost of the product. He had no additional units of this product that he could have exchanged for the defective one nor sold another one to me. Overall, I’m Happy with the experience & seller provided excellent customer service.
