The magnet on top to hold the remote is a nice touch. The cool function is significantly better than the heat function, but there's plenty of heat. The only drawback is that it's much louder than expected. When run on max it's the same as having a large Dyson hair dryer next to you

Behind in delivery time, but worse than that there is no communication regarding where it is. 3 days wasted at home waiting for delivery.. the machine is of good quality, new condition, value exceptional… appearance is what I ordered. Not good PR for Dyson. All they need to do is communicate with purchaser.
