Arrived with a broken dangerous part, rendering inoperable, seller said will send replacement, should've been checked before dispatch in the first place. Not whilst I was expecting- CD enclosed with Driver, no use. Scanning top plate is not glass, it's a plastic sheet, highly static, so no use for photo scanning, - extremely basic- good for negs though.

Second item was supplied without any leads and did not work at all when powered up. Seller contacted and did best to resolve providing a replacement complete unit, but with only with 2 of 3 leads. Again once notified, seller provided partial refund to enable missing lead to be obtained from elsewhere. Cant fault the customer support but suggest that seller needs to check items being sold before dispatch.
