It looked good, but on use, the slides kept getting stuck inside it instead of dropping out into the tray. The seller asked for photographs, but how do you take pictures of something in a sealed unit? Just another way of taking your money. I do not know how but I received two of them in the same post. I sent one back, as it was not appropriately pack withe loose battery in it. I had no note that they have received it and probably have paid twice

Worked Ok once put back together, but nowhere near as good as our (very) old Boots Slide Viewer which had stopped working. Three times magnification is not really enough for half-frame slides and the the magnified image is not brilliant. Also awkward to use, as others have noted, as slides can get stuck inside requiring tweezers.

Second item was supplied without any leads and did not work at all when powered up. Seller contacted and did best to resolve providing a replacement complete unit, but with only with 2 of 3 leads. Again once notified, seller provided partial refund to enable missing lead to be obtained from elsewhere. Cant fault the customer support but suggest that seller needs to check items being sold before dispatch.
