    Well researched, practical

    This book is packed full of info. It helps you narrow down your own back issue. Then it narrows down what to do and what not to do. The illustrations are step by step what to do. It is no nonsense...he basically says, if you are not going to put in the work, what's the point. This book positively helps you feel that you can manage your issue. It is honest...it doesn't say fix the issue...it says manage ..and for me that's really hopeful and helpful. Also really well researched. Highly recommend.
