Missing parts
The adapter was missing the set screws and the screws that attaches it to the chuck. Had to make a trip to the hardware store before I could use it. I had bought a Oneway adapter for another lathe and it came with all the screws.

Solid, Well machined adaptor.
It is a solid adaptor for the OneWAy Talon Chuck. Everything works very well together. I had it functioning on the lath less that 20 minutes after opening the box!
