    This is a beautiful, and important read. Jay Shetty writes beautifully, sharing his own experiences, life and providing an insight to what is possible by living a whole hearted mindful life of integrity and love. Imagine the world in line with such loving compassionate values! We could all live in peace. Perhaps with each new reader we get closer to this goodness.
