      I received the dress on time but the belt was missing. I messaged the seller and they apologized for the error. They said they would look for the belt the next day and if they couldn't find the belt then they would refund my money in full. They responded the next day but unfortunately they were unable to find the belt, so they funded me my money. I aldo didn't have to ship the dress back. The seller was quick to respond and was easy to work with.
