      Maybe yes and Maybe no

      It had one bolt hole in the pan that did not match my transmission...other than than it fit perfect....The pan had on bolt hole in it that my transmission did not have and it had one corner which did not have a flat mounting surtace..but had an un-even surface, (a mound or a dip in it) The filter would not sit snugly.....when it was snapped on there was some movement of the filter (between the bottom of the trans and the filter) I installed it placing the sealer on the pan and so for so good
