Ordered on March 3, it would not arrive on time as I never received a tracking number and left Hawaii on March 26. i have tried to call and chat with EBAY with no luck. Now I am out $46.05 and there is no avenue to resolve. Please help

Package was never delivered, tracking showed package never left the original post office and was never updated. I requested a refund and seller would not respond ended up having to get eBay to step in to get anything done.
