life journey that runs deep.

I'm about 1/2 way through and it's a great book so far. Interesting to read about how his privacy was compromised by the press and all the weirdos coming around with no help from the law to make them leave. Bob's a survivor though. If you're any kind of Dylan Fan, you have to read this book! He gives his story from his first steps in a snowy, cold NYC in 1961,out of a 57 Chevy Impala where he knew absolutely No One. He tells of the characters that populated Greenwich Village clubs from the Cafe Wha to the Gaslight. Onto the burdens and curses that so often accompany Super Stardom and Fame in the following ten years where so many wanted to know him or obsessed about knowing him or only imagined they knew him... Then his description of the recording sessions leading to Oh Mercy and frustrations faced by a mature artist when they have an idea of how their music should sound and the obstacles in achieving that "sound" with a group of musicians at a given time and place...
