The package shows that it was compatible with Makita batteries which it wasn't - in Australia at least. The package had maybe a telltale giveaway which the seller was probably unaware of - labelled with 'US_CA' and maybe it WAS compatible with Makita in the US and Canada ??? Anyway I didn't want it when it wasn't Makita compatible, since I have those tools and all Makita batteries are compatible. Aman the seller was helpful.
