They didn’t mention that it did not include the original box. This would be important with this type of item. The item arrived broken. My original response was a little rude. I apologized. They then accused me of possibly breaking the item when I unpacked it. Very unprofessional. I simply replied to his comments that the (minor) breakages he was reporting weren't there when I wrapped the item. I offered him a substantial partial refund, which he accepted.
