    Seller was very deceptive in his posting. He posted a picture and even reference the items in plural form but only sent one shelf and stated that the other one sold. Don’t buy from the seller he is very deceptive and does not want to address the issue. The seller has not even offered a refund. Amazon offers the same shelves brand new one day shipping for $25, I pay $25 and waited two days or three days for a used shelf with scratches and scuffs. Beware of the seller

    Unit came with almost no padding or protection in the box. It was loose inside of the box. Does not work.

    I thought I would purchase the unit because it was cheap. The unit does not work at all. I downloaded all the software and drivers. My PC recognizes that the unit is attached. When I attempt to scan something, I get an error message to Release the lock switch, detach the USB cable and reconnect. I followed the instructions and no matter what position the lock switch on the bottom is in, it does not get past this error.

    Disappointed

    This device works fine, but is good only for photos one at a time. I was hoping to use it to make a single pdf from multiple pages, but this makes JPEG images and I haven't figured out how make a single file of several images and to them make them "searchable" using OCR. I'll end up giving it to the library.

    COMPACT SCANNER

    I work in IT and I received one of these scanners from an office that closed. They used it connected to a notebook. I bought this one for my Mom who is 91 and her Epson 4490 is too big and cumbersome .
