Sadly, I don't think anything could have prevented a few items being damaged due to how delicate they are, but citadel glue to the rescue. Definately would buy from seller again. Thanks!!

I sent a message and photo immediately afterwards. They responded right away and shipped the missing box the next day. I was very pleased with their professionalism and prompt response.
