      Condition as listed, no obvious indicators of usage on laptop and functions. Very good deal for the included components, especially compared to others. Packing was secure. Box had different specs but I checked and ensured that they were correct on laptop. I had an issue where camera was not functioning (they told me it was checked beforehand to be functional), and we both could not resolve the issue, but they offered a return or 100$ refund. Very professional, great service and communication.
