    DO NOT PURCHASE...THIS IS A COUNTERFEIT PRODUCT! I first compared the appearance to my existing OEM brush head. The bristles are slightly different, the text on the head is a taupe color vs white on the OEM, and the polymer surround on the new head is black versus white on the original. I simply attributed this to possibly a Philips design change. But when I plugged the brush head (all 4) into my handle, it was not recognized and came up with an error...not a "Smart" brush head. DO NOT BUY!

    Fast shipping. Brushes received came in an unopened package indicating it was from Sonicare. Upon using the 1st brush, it did not register with handle. Brush head is supposed to have a chip that connects with the product handle. Put handle in correct mode depending on the type of brush. Will let you know when after usage when it need to be replaced. These brushes do not connect with the handle. Therefor I am assuming they are not a valid product of Sonicare. Brush does work.

    Brush works, but don't believe it is an actual produce of Sonicare as it was described

    I didn't answer the above 3 questions under TELL US MORE because the answer can't be under yes or no. The toothbrush was supposedly a valid PhilipSonicare A3 product. I don't believe it was produced by PhilipSonicare. The A3 and other brush numbered brushes have a chip that is recognized by the handle and moves the type of brushing action as determined by the Brush. My handle does not recognize the brush head when inserted into the handle. The brush handle will not be able to notify me when enough wear indicates it needs to be replaced. The brush itself does work in the handle just fine, I just don't believe it is an actual produce of Sonicare as described.
